Bound in contemporary vellum with handwritten title in ink on the spine.
Luyken was a Dutch poet, painter, and engraver who was trained by his father, Kasper Luyken, in Amsterdam. This book is copiously illustrated and includes educational verses and inspirational sayings.
CONDITION: Very good condition, bound in contemporary vellum, with minor scratches and stains; the book is collated complete, with some minor foxing, stains, and other minor issues.
