- Style: Austrian Tarock (21 Trumps + Fool, with 4 suits of 8 cards)
- Numerals: Arabic
- Indicator Cards: collectible fool card & Arcanum #1 (depicting a comical monkey); Queen of Hearts with "JOS. Glanz in Wien" on sash; Ace of Hearts with two circular stamps, the maker's stamp with "Glanz Josef in Wien," and an c.1858-77 Austrian tax-stamp.
- Tax-Stamp: Austrian stamp in use between 1858/59 to 1877, with "95 c." (Enderbrock 2019)
- Borders:single black-line
- Reverses: "Halloween" zig-zag pattern of tiger orange, black, and white.
- Paper: pasteboard cardstock, stencil coloured lithographs
- Corners: square
CONDITION: Good condition, 54 of 54 cards complete; deck is curved with minor soiling, light staining, & very slight signs of patina, some age darkening as well as several more significant stains, some surface wear and scuffing. (see photographs) |
